The cost is only £195 for a single LPA and then just £100 for any additional LPAs within the same household.

Here’s how it works:

1) Use our real-time booking system below to schedule a free no obligation Zoom or Telephone meeting. We will discuss your needs and explain your options in full, and then take your LPA instructions (if you are ready to proceed).

2) Draft papers are then emailed to you within 48 hours.

3) If you are happy to proceed you pay 50% of the fee securely by debit or credit card, or bank transfer, and we will post your LPA documents to you with full signing instructions.

4) Once your signings are complete you return the documents to us for checking, in the reply enevlope replied.

5) We will check your LPAs have been signed and witnessed correctly and then send your dcouments to the Office of The Public Guardian for registration*.

6) Once your LPAs are fully registered we will request the final 50% payment and then send your fully regsietered LPAs to you by secure delivery.

*A registration fee of £82 per LPA is also payable directly to the Office of The Public Guardian (unless you are exempt, which we will check during the scheduled meeting).

Note: This service is most suitable for English and Welsh nationals, who would like a low cost professional service to ensure the LPAs are created and registered correctly, but are happy to undertake the signing and witnessing of the documents themselves.
